I want to be very clear on this - This is NOT an official outlet or
source.

This is a resource that Andy wants to make available. If people want to
make use of it they can, if they choose to use another resource they, of
course, are free to do that.

To make this more then just words the plan is to have the art work for
any item that is made available through this service available from the
TDF wiki - so truly anyone is welcome to fulfill their needs using any
resource they like.

Specifically - as for Canadian deliveries, they are supported IIRC by
this resource.

Yes, I can see there is not one service "officially" used for LibreOffice/TDF for items. There cannot be due to the costs of shipping from Europe to the USA, or other non-European countries. Should we just "do our own thing" for ordering items to help "market" LibreOffice? I think there should be some guidelines for what image/logo should be for each item; i.e. logo size or type for shirts could be one image while the one for bags and "carry items" could be another. Artwork could be standardized for each item. The design team should be involved and those of us who are good at "commercial" artwork could summit ideas to be used and/or modified on some page for the users to see and maybe comment on which they like the best.

We have a page for the labels and case designs, we could have one for the shirt/sweat design. There are other products that have shirt designs that are not just their logos, but a saying as well. The "Freedom Never Tasted So Suite" is such a saying. The issue then would be the larger the image, the more the need for "ink printing" instead of embroidered logos. I still thing embroidered logos is a better idea for a more "professional" look. We all can take iron-on sheets and make our own tee-shirts, but having a polo-style shirt that you could wear at an event looks like LibreOffice marketing is being done at a more professional level.
