Hi, Just wanted to try and pull some of what I see in emails from Carl, Craig, and others into something that can be acted on.
One of those ideas it seems to me is actually putting together a marketing plan for our region. Much of what would be in a traditional plan is already done for us, items such as branding issues and the like. Other items, IMO, are not so clear: - identify a target market - short and long-term marketing strategies. - who does what, when, and with what - how do we measure our success in executing the plan (so we can adjust as needed) Just some quick ideas on this.
