Absolutely agree - I started a conversation with a number of people at SCALE this year on this subject, specifically why/how it was we where sitting in a conference in Southern California with near zero Hispanic attendance. Bottom line is this is something, IMO, that as a group we need to address directly and pro-actively reach out to the Hispanic community in our region. (really I'm speaking of the USA here) I would be strongly in favor of our making this a major part of a regional plan.
