Note also what is said at
http://marketliberal.org/PlatComWiki/Directional_Principles_Subcommittee#Sex
uality_and_Reproduction:

We include two of the three of the sentences in the Principles section of
the existing Sexuality and Gender plank. Nearly all the other details of
that plank can be preserved by combining its third sentence with the novel
phrase "such as in marriage, adoption, immigration, or military service."

Thus the other details of that plank weren't compact enough to include in
our baseline draft of 100% recycled language, but here is what I'm
proposing/betting will become our sexuality-related language in our next
draft (that is free to include novel language):

We favor the freedom of all consenting adults to engage in any amorous or
reproductive behavior or relationship that does not violate the rights of
others. Government does not have legitimate authority to define or license
personal relationships. Sexuality or gender should have no discriminatory
impact on the treatment of individuals by government, such as in marriage,
adoption, immigration, or military service.

This differs from the language I posted for feedback here Sep 29 (message
3111) only by the insertion of the middle sentence. I hope for a little
more feedback this time than last time. :-)
