Good afternoon,

We are pleased to announce the launch of our redesigned Incidental Take
webpage <http://www.nmfs.noaa.gov/pr/permits/incidental.htm>. In this major
redesign, we've made it easier to:

   - apply for authorizations, with new detailed instructions for potential
   applicants
   - find application status (i.e., in process, active, withdrawn, or
   expired)
   - search by sector (i.e., oil and gas, other energy, military,
construction, and research and other) for current and past authorizations

We hope this revision helps better explain our Incidental Take Program, and
enables you to more easily apply for, or review, incidental take
authorizations. If you have suggestions for improvement or still can't find
what you're looking for, please contact our webmaster at
[email protected].

Best regards,

Jonathan Shannon
