Dear Marmam,

Are you feeling overwhelmed or dealing with imposter syndrome?
Do you struggle with making presentations or participating in workshops?

You’re not alone.

There are still spots available for you to join us for an interactive
workshop exploring how tools from improvisation and acting can help you
control your presentation nerves, improve focus, handle unexpected
challenges, and generally build confidence in your academic journey.

Through simple exercises and improv-based activities built around the idea
of “*Yes, and…*”, participants will practice adaptability, quick thinking,
and self-acceptance in a supportive environment where mistakes are part of
the process.
