This script <https://gist.github.com/rns/8435795> produces A blessed rule is in a grammar with no bless_package *The rule was blessed as "lhs"* Marpa::R2 exception at C:\cygwin\home\Ruslan\Marpa-R2-work\no-bless_package-exception.t line 28. This shows that I can obtain unblessed lhs by removing bless_package from the grammar in part 1, if 'A blessed rule is in a grammar with no bless_package' is turned to warning rather than error according to the way it sounds.
