Forewarning: I tend to do a lot of what Abelson and Sussman refer to as "programming by wishful thinking". Don't expect this code to run, and if it does run, don't expect it to be right. I'm more a kind of "smudge this in for now, and refine it when the time comes" kinda guy. That said, am I heading down a dark and dangerous path with this, or does it look like it might just (one day) work?
