That's a good choice, it has the right connotations: "Don't make this your first choice, but use it if that's what you need".

By the way, the Marpa parser is powerful enough that the my_parser_is_so_stupid_it_cant_tell_this_is_one_keyword_without_underscores approach to syntax is unnecessary. So I'd make it something like

:lexeme ~ <say keyword> override priority => 1
