Not saying this is my preference, but since you want to type the priority, another possibility is to have another keyword that is doing so e.g.:
> :lexeme ~ <say keyword> priority => 1 scope => xxx where xxx = latm, or xxx = longests is the default, saying the scope is on the longests tokens only. xxx => all mean that the scope is on all lexemes.
