Thanks for the links you sent. This one looks the most promising (its
tree structure looks like the kind of thing I want to generate).
However, on running it I get errors:

Marpa::R2 exception at ./ast line 81.
Does the gist need updating? I am using Marpa::R2 version 2.084000.
