When I get the datasets in a mart from central server, e.g. : http://www.biomart.org/biomart/martservice?type=datasets&mart=uniprot
the returned table now has an extra column (before server initial batch size). From what I can see this extra column is always blank. The same mart from ebi http://www.ebi.ac.uk/biomart/martservice?type=datasets&mart=uniprot doesn't have the extra column. Is this change intentional? Taverna can't access biomart central server as it's not expecting the new datasets format.
