Hi. Thanks for noticing this - I've now renamed all instances of
variables called enum in the CVS code for 0.5.

In general, we don't officially support Java 1.5, simply because we
haven't tested against that platform. We develop against Java 1.4
because that is still the most widely available platform amongst our
users (non-Intel Macs, Alphas etc. still do not have 1.5).

The whole of martj will be completely rewritten in the near future,
during which we'll probably review our position on supporting 1.5.
