I found a bug in XML button.
if I delete tick in Biotype attribute (this is ticked by default). the
xml file
will NOT reflect the items I ticked.
I have set all attributes and get 10 genes correctly after click
result button.
but when I click XML I get so "simple" xml file.
but when I click new button (refresh query) I got the following xml
file.
---------------------start------------------
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
<!DOCTYPE Query (View Source for full doctype...)>
- <Query virtualSchemaName="default" Header="1" count=""
softwareVersion="0.5">
- <Dataset name="hsapiens_gene_ensembl" interface="default">
<Attribute name="ensembl_gene_id" />
<Attribute name="ensembl_transcript_id" />
</Dataset>
</Query>
--------------------end-------------------
yes, the same happens on my side. Indeed this is a bug.
thanks Jiyuan for reporting this. Added to the fixes list

is it ok?
yes, this is the right file but you don't seem to have any attributes
or filters selected.
Can you double check if you have made your selections and then hit
XML again
and send it to me?
cheers,
