Hi Andrew, lets have a look at your install process from the beginning. By executing configure script as
perl bin/configure.pl -r conf/martDBLocation --clean what ever is displayed on the screen, please forward it to me. Could you confirm that you have mod_perl 2 on your system with apache2 ?
