Hi all, One other thing that was causing me problems in my *local* biomart installation was traced, ultimately, from a HTTP 500 error via the apache logs to a lack of the SOAP::Lite perl module. Just a note for everyone out there, as it seems the config script doesn't check for this. You'll need to install it via cpan or similar if you don't already have it in order to get your local SOAP services working. :)
