Hi Allyson,
SOAP::Lite is an optional module (only for MartServiceSoap), therefore,
not checked by configure script and is mentioned in documentation in
this context.

everyone out there, as it seems the config script doesn't check for
this. You'll need to install it via cpan or similar if you don't
already have it in order to get your local SOAP services working. :)
