Hi Wei,
Sorry for the delay in answering. I looked at the configuration files
you sent me and couldn't find anything in it that would explain the
difference between what you see in MartEditor and what you see on the
web interface. As far as we know there is no such functionality in the
current system that would allow you to make these 2 names appear
differently. It seems to me this could simply be a customization, in
which case the best thing to do would be to get in touch with the people
in charge of BioMart at HapMap.
One thing though, when I tried to reproduce it, I did not observe this
difference in names (see attached file sent in private). Could you
please tell me how you got this first screenshot?
