Thanks for the reply. I just checked with my IT people and they think
it is not a firewall issue. Apparently a firewall would either block access
completely or allow it, but would not cause the very slow access I am seeing.
They suggested it might have something to do with internet routing. I
don't know enough on that subject to really have any idea if that's a
reasonable suggestion. If you have any other ideas, I would love to hear them.
Otherwise, I think I will try again in a week or two and see if it is any
better.
