No, "this" (that is my statements) were about the paleontological record and
not the interpretations by supporters capitalism and racism. To turn my
discussion and argument into one, by inference, supporting the "noble savage"
argument is more than evasive and obtuse. It is patently insulting and, at the
least, condescending and smacks of White chauvinism "defending" native people
from some perceived attack linking my argument with racism. To make the point
further, you wish to "educate" everyone with a follow up article about
environmentalist racism as if some (presumably me?) need to be "schooled" on
the issue how environmentalism (about the bison!) has been used to foment
anti-native bigotry and racism.
Do me a favor and actually seek to understand a point of view rather than try
to paint your opposition in demagogic self-justification. It might play well
with some of the other liberal racist mentalities running around here, but not
someone who actually has "skin" in this game.
