Let me try this one more time: The mitochondrial Mother of all Mothers, is the MRCA of all human beings who are alive today. She is NOT EVE. She is not the mother of all human beings who ever were, who ever have been. She is not necessarily the mother of all the mothers of all those human beings who have preceded us.
