I think that this 'criticism' misunderstands the type of book that Milios and
Sotiropoulos probably intended to write. You're assuming that Milios and
Sotiropoulos share your opinion that a) their exists a phenomenon that can
coherently or meaningfully be understood by the concept of 'imperialism', and
b) that the attempts to develop this concept by Lenin, et al has anything at
all to do with Marx's critique of political economy.
