The bourgeois property form is vulnerable because it cannot hold together the unity between the productive forces and the relations of production based on the buying and selling of labor power. The revolution in the means of production makes this impossible. All ideologically justifications of capital are under assault. This was not the case during my life as a young adult. BP is a clear example of the degeneracy and anti-life nature of the bourgeois corporate form, as it exists in this moment of antagonism, based on the development of a new productivity regime. All these rats are to be charged with crimes. What tosses the unity of productive forces and relations of production into a state of antagonism - rather than conflict, is the expanding environment of the new revolution in the old mode of production. The environment of the new scientific revolution creates a knowing where standard explanations of bourgeois incompetence becomes admissions of insanity. You cannot continue to tell me that someone put on the wrong clapping device and left out safety "lock out" devices because someone wanted to save money. It is not that I disbelieve this explanation. Rather, this explanation is admission of insanity and unfit to rule or lead anyone. Safety as redundant systems of protection against accidents are the first class instinct of the class conscious proletariat. The extra cost of safety applies to everyone, so no on has an advantage, except the guys that game the system and cheat on redundant safety systems. Since all these major capitalist corporations cheat the system no matter what the rules, it is the bourgeois corporate form that is the enemy. Let's be clear. Board of Directors of BP, this is your fault. You ought to be dismantled as a corporation and your Board of Directors placed on trial and subject to the death penalty. Every asset of this corporation should be shred into a billion tiny pieces. Every computer and chair, every staple and paperclip to be given to charity. This corporation should be the first to be destroyed by political fiat. What good is a Senate and government that cannot destroy a corporation by political fiat? This one is worse.
