What nonsense. The first thing that came up in this debate was an austerity drive that forced the cops to fire tear gas at Correa. If you are going to make austerity the lynchpin of your intervention, then the discussion has to revolve around what the government is actually doing in terms of austerity or expanded benefits. You, of course, would much prefer to keep things on a more ethereal plane, involving the correct understanding of chapter 11 of the Grundrisse. No thanks. ________________________________________________ Send list submissions to: [email protected] Set your options at: http://lists.econ.utah.edu/mailman/options/marxism/archive%40mail-archive.com
