Yes, Technology can certainly benefit many in chronic health issues, i suffer from it also. I would be dead a long time ago. I don't read Zerzan as a doom thinker, because he writes also about the notions of love and happiness in Future Primitive Revisited. He even names himself an optimist rather than a pessimist.
