American West/by Justin Farrell has a similar premise. The book is a
study of Teton County, Wyoming, the richest county in the United States,
and the one with the greatest gap between rich and poor. Power in Teton
County, whose boundaries include about 40 percent of Yellowstone Park,
resides in the very rich.
