US imperialism is a VAST redistribution of income program --- from the average taxpayer who pays for the military machine to two main beneficiaries --- 1). THe capitalists who profit from the vast subsidies to "defense" industries and 2) The heads of giant multinational corporations whose world wide profits are "protected" by the US empire ...;.
The impact on the entire economy of the US sometimes is positive, sometimes is negative --- but the beneficiaries are pretty obvious ...
