The author ends up completely apologizing for US imperialism but there are
useful acknowledgements in the discussion that are worth quoting ...

And of course there is NOTHING about the economic world order that the
Biden multinationalists are trying to enforce --- NO WONDER so many
"ordinary" Americans were seduced by Trump's "nationalism" ---

I know I shouldn't say this --- but I wonder if Trump's "nationalism" would
do more good than harm in breaking up the capitalist multi-national "order"
---

My inclination is that the result would be much worse for the world (It
might lead to war with Iran --- and maybe even an "accidental" war with
China) but seeing Biden kow-towing to Netanyahu makes me wonder how much
worse for the Palestianians a Trump foreign policy would actually be ....
