Yes, as labeled.
1) The leftists who grab at Keynesian doctrine and argue that military spending 
props up the U.S. economy are losing the basis of their contention.
2) The military spending of the main contender for global dominance, China, has 
increased as a percentage of its GDP, which has grown by leaps and bounds, 
until recently.
