Here is a typical example of propaganda that promotes BRICS and China's modernization as a good thing for the "developing countries" (capitalist countries, many with pre-capitalist holdovers in economy and society, still trying to industrialize):

China’s Modernization Path as a Model: Experts at the forum highlighted China’s successful modernization, noting its significant achievements in lifting over a billion people out of poverty. Ivan Timofeev, Director General of the Russian International Affairs Council, emphasized that China’s approach provides valuable lessons for other developing nations. There is not one mention here of the working class in the BRICS countries nor the countries still trying to industrialize.
