He gets a simple economic fact right: China is for neoliberal globalization, the corporate quest for cheap labor that it has enabled. Then he immediately gets one wrong: China is for free trade and capital flows. China demands these from the Western capitalists while it practices mercantilism to the n-th degree. And his political conclusion is just stupid: China is for peace.
