The comment arises from the 3 sentences, and presumably there was a link to them. But as it stands it is a cypher - at least to me.

I have underlined and italicised and formally separated out #s (1) to (3) - the relevant 3 sentences of the paragraph. I have only omitted in that clip the final - "join us for a conversation" - which I will concede might formally qualify as a somewhat truncated 'sentence'.
