I'm glad you did because I thought your article is well worth reading. I know 
little of Council Communism and wonder if we have adherents to it on this list.

I probably considered them to be utopians but without much understanding on my 
part. I do wonder, however, how we dispense with political organizations such 
as political parties. Were opinions shared by different groups not organized by 
the people in councils? I expect people will organize themselves to express 
their views and a political party is the obvious vehicle for that. I recall 
that many of the framers of the US Constitution did not expect parties to 
emerge in the US. But they did with the effect of furthering the influence of 
the enslaving plantation system to northern workers.
