Epidemiology has been politicized like everything else. The argument that the
IDF and Netanyahu government are looking for an opportunity to cease combat
operations is of course ludicrous. But how can combat operations be stopped?

Should Hamas cease military attacks on the IDF as part of a new strategy to
pressure Israel to stop combat? Hamas bet the lives of the Palestinian
population on a strategy that has been shown to be disconnected from reality.
In retrospect, it's not farfetched to speculate that Hamas did exactly what the
Likud wanted them to do. The continued military operations by Hamas continue to
prove have ineffective their strategy is beyond giving Israel justification for
continuing genocidal military actions and a growing death toll of civilians.
