Hello David, Brazil is as much a colonial-settler State as is Canada. It is simply a different Empire, of Portugal. Nonetheless, in Canada the Anglo Empire has pulled out or been pushed out by US continentalism. That is now the question, and the answer is the struggle for national economic independence from US expansionism and colonialism now even, as it is the issue in Brazil. You don't need to have brown skin colour to be colonized.
As for Ukraine.. Can you not be content that the actuel Ukraine is not being occupied and that its security in permanance is being offered as a Treaty by Russia.
