The Party has been in the thick of class struggle for decades. It has been on the sidelines of parliamentary politics for decades. If you limit political life to the latter, you are in the fine company of Eduard Bernstein.
Today, August 9, most of the Greek far-left organisations support the "March to Gaza" initiative to organise, along with local anti-war committees, protestsall over Greece <https://linktr.ee/9aug> against the genocide in Palestine. KKE does NOT support these protests. That hardly puts KKE "in the thick of class struggle"! Isn't it? Unfortunately, for many, many decades, KKE has subordinated political life to parliamentary politics and consequently is in the fine company of Eduard Bernstein.
