“Racism” and “Islamophobia” are not a Marxist analysis. If there was a way to approach this problem using a class analysis, I would love to hear it. Seriously.
It’s just true that the West is Judeo-Christian. Two thousand years of a particular tradition, developing and changing into what it is today, which is more secular. It’s a Judeo-Christian secularism, which would be distinct from a Hindu secularism, for example.
