When you create a mashup using the Admin console, skeleton code is generated for both the javascript service and the associated custom UI. We may add it in a future release. Right now what we want is for the users to use their local mashup server as a sandbox to create,test,break and debug their mashup and when they are happy with their creation to upload it to mooshup.com in a single step.
