After creating a Mashup, and when I wanted to give it a UI, I would have
to know the location where all the necessary resources (WSRequest,
generate stub ..)exist, that should be included in .html page. It would
have been easier for user to generate a simple html page when (s)he
first try to create a UI. This could have included WSRequest, generated
stub, and may me a simple comment on available operations.
We already generate such a sample UI. When you create a mashup using the
Admin console, skeleton code is generated for both the javascript
service and the associated custom UI. If you decide to save both at that
time, you are good to go.
What I gathered from Mashup folks, that If I needed to add custom
js/images/ etc, etc. I have to go to my personal Mashup server and
locate the directory where the Mashup being deployed and add stuff in
their and edit it from there. I was wondering, is it possible to have a
tree like structure in Mashup console to access this files and edit
them. I would consider only js and css. May be a little facility to
upload some custom images from Mashup console would have save a lot of
time.
I'm afraid we don't have this type of functionality on the board right
now. We may add it in a future release. Right now what we want is for
the users to use their local mashup server as a sandbox to
create, test, break and debug their mashup and when they are happy with
their creation to upload it to mooshup.com in a single step.
Hope I gave the information you were looking for.

Since we are allowing user to create\edit\correct and re-deploy mashup
services from the console, I think the set of functionality that Saminda
had mentioned sounds quite 'Good to have' to make things more convenient
to user.
Then he/she doesn't hv to revert back to the file system, but use the
console all throughout the process of creating his/her own mashup and
upload to mooshup.com if he\she wishes to.
I'm +1 if we have these in a future release.
