Channa, Still we get 'Connect' enabled when the server is stopped. As i
understand the confusion is what is the purpose of having this when server is
not running.
Other than that I checked the change mentioned in the comment and its working.
(The 'connect' works along with 'start' and both stay disabled when the server
is up)
