Please make sure you build commons/monitor before building the mashup server to
get the latest monitor-client jar into your server build.
In the new monitor icon't menu, there will be no 'Connect' menu item. When
'Start' is called, it will attempt a connection, just in case there is a
running server, and if that fails, will start a new server instance as the
previous 'start' option did.
