Hi Derek, I am not sure that mod_perl being a DSO is a problem. I just couldn't find anything that pointed me to cause of problem. However, I saw on masonhq some text stating that Mason running with a DSO mod_perl is not supported.. and so that is the only thing that made me wonder.
I have used the latest mozilla and the latest IE. As for browser reloading page. That is me hitting index.html over and over (manually). There are no redirects occuring anywhere in the site. Thanks for the reply.. let me know if this reply to you gives you any ideas..
