Doh, it's late and I'm tired.

I also wanted to point out the "attributes for blocks" thing mentioned on 
that wiki page. I think adding a capability like this could be really 
useful going forward. The first, obvious ideas, are for private 
methods instead of subcomps (<%method private=true>) and for alternate 
validation styles for <%args> blocks (<%args validation=PV>). But I would 
imagine that there'd be other uses we could find for this sort of syntax.
