Eh, he means the 2.2.11 PPP patch which works just fine with the 2.2.14
kernel.
He's got the correct patch.

|You definitely have to download the patch for the proper kernel. You
|mentionned that you downloaded kernel 2.2.14, but tried to use the 2.2.11
|patch. That won't work. You'll have to grab the patch for 2.2.14. They
|are all on that VPN HOWTO page. I've run the various patches on several
|different kernel versions, and I never get a failed hunk. Good luck!
