ICQ(9..) only requires that you establish an connection on port 4000 to an ICQ server
for chat; liewise, IRC only requires that you establish a connection (typically on
port 6666) to an IRC server for chat. These work the same as an HTTP connection and
are stock MASQ stuff.
It's the special features, such as file exchange, that can cause a problem.
