is there a way to organize traffic, e.g.

   eth0 -> goes to router/provider/internet, 256kBit/sec
   eth1 -> servers, real ips
   eth2 -> masq range 1 (192.168.0.x)
   eth3 -> masq range 2 (192.168.1.x)

i would like to say: eth1 get 20%, eth2 50% and eth3 30% of the
256kBit/sec.
is that possible, together with ipchains, which does filtering and
masquerading?

any hints are greatly appreciated
