I have been running RH 5.1 on a dialup box and wanted to upgrade the kernel to RH 7.0.
The problem is that the hard
drive is 250Meg and is not large enough to support a full install (or even partial
install) to 7.0. The two questions I have
are:

1. Can I upgrade on such a small hard drive the kernel ?.

2. If it is possible to upgrade the kernel will ip masquerading still work as it does
in 5.1 or do I need to change the
rules/configuration and use ipchains ?

Thank you in advance for any responses.

Bob
