turn loose udp routing on, check your /proc directory and hunt for the file,
then set it from 0 to 1.
echo "1" > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_masq_udp_dloose
Should work, and it should go a long way to fixing your problem.

Subject: [Masq] RH7 - 2.2.16 kernel - UDP Problem with StarCraft
/* HINT: Search archives @ http://www.indyramp.com/masq/ before posting!
/* ALSO: Don't quote this header. It makes you look lame :-) */
Hi all,
I am having problems related with Red Hat 7.0
I got masquerading working very well for all my "masqueraded comps" when I
use ICQ, http, and so on.
But...
I am having problems playing StarCraft / Brood Wars. I can chat and join
games, but when game starts, it becomes "TOO" slow (like i was lag).
I wasnt having problems with RH 6.2. Is this a kernel configuration problem
?
I tried to masquerade without any modules and nothing :(
After, I instaled icq, ftp, realaudio, vdolive, cuseeme ....
And tried to reconfigure modules runing:
/usr/src/linux/make config
/usr/src/linux/make modules modules_install
(as showed in http://www.coritel.it/coritel/ip/sofia/nat/nat2/nat2.htm ),
but it failed.. (obs: in RH 6.2 it was done correctly)
Does anyone know how can i fix this problem ?
I want to use new RH 7.0 and not 6.2 because of security holes ...
tnx :-)
BomberMaxGT
