If you have a running ip-masq system and add this line there is nothing else
you should have to add (keep inmind that there is a kernel option called
loose_upd_routing that you may also turn on.
Now with that said, yes there is a security concern with turning that on.
But, generally speaking, it's not a major security problem.

I was wondering, in my network I have the same problem
now if I use this line, is there any other lines I have to type in? ie
open ports? and does this line compromise my firewall?
