I's suspect you'd have to figure out which ports it's using, and port
forward from the masq box to whichever machine is running the game server.
ipmasqadm should do the trick for you (and the nice thing is, the server
sees the original IP address of the connection rather than the addy of the
masq box).  I use it to forward SMTP, ICQ, ssh (part-time) and SpeakFreely
into my localnet.
